Thank you Jarucia for giving me the link to our family blog. I think I am the slowest person with Jaycox blood running through their veins to catch on to the age of technology! Just wanted to let you all know that I will try to keep you posted on my life. Not now though because I have to get ready for work. I'll touch base later though.
Love ya,
Rita

Johnny Cleary
After 550 miles of driving and 13 hours from the time Jody and I left our house Monday morning, Johnny Cleary has gone missing. In other words, we were not able to see him due to us not being on the wardens list. It was not a total loss, Jody and I were able to spend quality time with Janice and Rita on the drive down to Salem. Johnny is supposed to be sending up an application form, I will make copies for any other family members. We enjoyed the time spent together, maybe we can all get together again when I am dead :0 Tommy

August 18, 2008...And so it begins...sort of
With the recent passing of beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle, James Jaycox, many of the Jaycox clan and extended members turned out for a final farewell.
We often find comfort in the love and strong bond that has formed over multiple generations as well as the expected good and bad times each family faces.
Though miles separate and time marches on, we always feel that not a day has gone by when the strength of family ties are tested in trying moments such as these.
This space is open to inputs by all Jaycox, et al., family members and I'll begin with a selection of photos from our most recent gathering.
